Egg Puffs

EGG PUFFS


Ingredients


Maida-2 cup
Vanaspati-1/4cup
Salt and water
Egg-5
Onion-2
Ginger-1tbl spoon
Green chilli-1tbl spoon
Turmeric powder-1tspoon
Coriander powder-1tspoon
Pepper powder-1tspoon
Garam masala-1 tspoon
Salt-required
Curry leaves and corriander leaves-chopped

Preparation Method


Boil eggs.Melt vanaspati.Mix salt and water.Add vanaspati to maida, add salt water.Make smooth dough and cover with a cotton towel for an hour.Make filling for it,saute onion,ginger,green chilli,curry lvs and coriander lvs in oil.add turmeric power,coriander powder,garam masala,pepper powder and salt.
Make the dough into small balls and make small puri. add filling, place a boiled egg in center and fold it any shape you want.In a pressure cooker pour 3 table spoon vanaspati, put the puffs and close the lid without weight.cook for 15 minutes.open the lid and turn over the puffs.again close the lid for 5 minutes at low flame...remove from the cooker.yummy egg puffs ready to serve...
