ARABIAN SNACK MURTHABAK




Ingredients


For dough

  • Flour-2 cups
  • Water-as required
  • Oil- hlf cup
  • salt-1 tspoon
  • Sugar-1 tspoon

  • For Filling

  • Oil-as required
  • Onion -1
  • garlic-1 clove
  • tomato-1
  • Turmeric powder-1 tspoon
  • Chilli powder-1 tspoon
  • Pepper powder-1 tspoon
  • Garam masala powder-1 tspoon
  • Salt- as required
  • Cooked meat-1 cup
  • eggs-3
  • Corriander leaves-hlf cup
  • white cheese-optional
Preparation Method 

 In a large bowl take all ingredients for the dough and knead them thoroughly until get a soft dough.coat them in oil. Divide the dough into 8 parts. Form them into balls, cover, and let rest for 3 hours.
Prepare the filling. Heat a pan.add oil, onion and minced garlic. When they turn brown add the tomato cut into small cubes and the spices. Cook until the tomatoes soften slightly, add cooked chicken pieces.add corriander leaves.then remove from heat and allow the filling to cool.in a pan beat eggs.add the filling into this egg mixture.
Then stretch out the dough.place2-3 tablespoon of filling into the centre of the dough.and arrange it into a square form.Then fold the dough in square.
  •  Heat one tblspoon oil in a frying pan, then cook the folded martabak for 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • Cut into smaller pieces and serve with garlic sauce and tomato ketchup..

SEMOLINA GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS

  1. Semolina/rava- 1 cup
  2. Milk-2 cup
  3. Sugar- 2 tbl spoon
  4. Ghee-2 tbl spoon

  5. FOR SUGAR SYRUP

  6. Sugar-1 cup
  1. Water- 1 n hlf cup
  2. Cardamom-4

PREPARATION METHOD

SUGAR SYRUP

Mix water and sugar.boil it for five minutes. then add cardamoms. keep it aside.

GULAB JAMUN

Heat a pan.roast semolina.add milk,two tblspoon sugar,one tblspoon ghee.when it starts boiling, keep the flame to sim and Keep stirring.when it becomes thick, transfer it to a bowl and allow it to become little cool. add one tblspoon of ghee.mix everything well.Take portions and shape it and deep fry in hot oil.Remove from it and add it into the sugar syrup and let it soak for two hours..yummy gulab jamun is ready to serve..enjoy your cooking..

CHAMBAKKA JUICE



ROSE APPLE(CHAMBAKKA) JUICE

INGREDIENTS

Rose Apple-2 cup
Sugar-2 tbl spoon
Lemon juice-1 tbl spoon
Ice water-2 cup

PREPARATION METHOD

Remove the seeds and wash the chambakka.blend chambakka,sugar, lemon juice together.pour ice water as required. Strain and pour into glass.Tasty rose apple juice is ready...

Dalgona Coffee



DALGONA COFFEE

Ingredients

Coffee Powder-2 tspoon
Sugar-2 tbl spoon
Hot water-2 tbl spoon
Cold Milk-2 cup

Preparation Method

 Take a bowl and mix coffee powder, sugar and hot water.
Beat coffee mixture using whisker or hand blender until it is fluffy and creamy. 
Now, take 2 glasses and pour cold milk in them and add this beaten and whipped coffee over it. Serve chilled.
