SEMOLINA GULAB JAMUN

INGREDIENTS

  1. Semolina/rava- 1 cup
  2. Milk-2 cup
  3. Sugar- 2 tbl spoon
  4. Ghee-2 tbl spoon

  5. FOR SUGAR SYRUP

  6. Sugar-1 cup
  1. Water- 1 n hlf cup
  2. Cardamom-4

PREPARATION METHOD

SUGAR SYRUP

Mix water and sugar.boil it for five minutes. then add cardamoms. keep it aside.

GULAB JAMUN

Heat a pan.roast semolina.add milk,two tblspoon sugar,one tblspoon ghee.when it starts boiling, keep the flame to sim and Keep stirring.when it becomes thick, transfer it to a bowl and allow it to become little cool. add one tblspoon of ghee.mix everything well.Take portions and shape it and deep fry in hot oil.Remove from it and add it into the sugar syrup and let it soak for two hours..yummy gulab jamun is ready to serve..enjoy your cooking..
