Strawberry Cake In Cooker

STRAWBERRY CAKE

Ingredients

all purpose flour(maida)-2 cups
Strawberry juice without water-1 cup
Oil-1/2 cup
powdered sugar-1 n hlf cup
eggs-4
vanilla essence-1 tspn
baking powder-1 tspn
Salt-a pinch
Strawberry syrup-for decoration

Preparation Method

Sieve together maida,baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs in a bowl using a hand blender until it becomes very creamy.add oil.beat well.add sugar and vanilla essence.again beat well.add strawberry juice.
Combine all ingredients and mix everything nicely with a spatula until get a smooth batter.
Pour the cake batter into a cooker(without pressure)greased with butter or ghee.switch on the stove and allow to cook for about half an hour.check if the cake is done by inserting a tooth pick in the middle of the cake.it should come out clean.switch off the stove and allow to cool the cake.Pour strawberry syrup on the top of the cake..serve..

Coffee Cake With Coffee Frosting

COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients

Egg-2
All purpose Flour-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1/2 cup
Coffee-2 tbl spn
Oil-3 tbl spn
Salt-1 pinch
Baking Powder-1 tspn
Baking Soda-1/2 tspn
Vanilla Essence-1 tspn

Preparation Method

For frosting

Butter-100grm
Powdered sugar-1 cup
Cofee-2tbl spoon

Mix all ingredients together with a blender till form fluffy.
Apply on the cake as you like..

Dates-500 grm
Cashew nuts-100 grm
Almonds-100 grm
Walnuts-100 grm

Preparation Method

Cut dates into small pieces.blend it in a mixer.keep it aside.dry roast nuts for few minutes in a pan on stove.after remove from heat grind it.
Heat 3 tbl spn ghee in pan.add blended dates.stir will still it turns mushy.add ground nuts and stir well everything.add few tspesen of ghee if needed.switch off the flame and let it come to lukewarm stage.now roll the mixture into balls.serve when needed..enjoy your delicious laddu..

Grape Pudding without chinagrass/gelatin.

GRAPE PUDDING

Ingredients

Black Grape-2 cups
Grape Essence-1 tspn
Sugar-1/2 cup
Conflour-1/4 cup
Water-1 cup

Preparation Method

Take Black Grapes in a sauce pan.Pour water.Cook it for 2-3 minutes.Allow it to cool.extract the juice.Take the cournflour and sugar in a bowl.Mix well.Pour water.Mix well.Add essence.Mix again.Transfer it to a sauce pan.Stir continuously.Cook in medium-low flame until it becomes smooth paste.Transfer grape juice.Mix well.Cook on low flame until it is slightly thick.Remember that the pudding would thicken as it cools.Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.Transfer it to dessert cups.Set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.Now our delicious grape pudding is ready to serve.Serve chilled..Enjoy ur cooking..

Ingredients

For caramel

Butter-2teaspoon

For pudding

Milk-1 litre
China grass-10grm
Milk maid-half tin
Sugar-half cup

Preparation method


In a non stick pan  heat half cup of sugar.well it changes it colour to golden brown,add two teaspoon of butter and mix well(this is caramel)keep this aside..
Boil 1 litre milk.add melted China grass (10g)1 packet full.add half tin milkmaid,sugar and add that caramelised mixture.mix well and let it boil.
Then add few drops of vanilla essence.
Pour this mixture to your pudding dish.let it cool.refrigerate for 3-4 hours..serve cool..

Zebra Cake Without Oven

TRI COLOUR ZEBRA CAKE

Ingredients

Sugar - 1 cup
Eggs - 4
Butter-100 grms
Vanilla essence -1/2 tsp
All purpose flour/Maida -2 cups
Baking powder -1 tbsp
Cocoa powder -2 tbsp
Pink food colour-2 tspn
Preparation method
Sieve maida with baking powder and keep it aside.Beat the eggs well with an electric hand mixer.Add sugar and beat until the mixture is creamy.Beat butter(room tmprtr) in a separate bowl.Mix egg batter into it and again beat well.Pour vanilla essence and mix well.Fold in maida,baking powder mix to the batter with a spoon.
Now divide the batter into three equal parts. To one part mix cocoa powder,second part add pink food colour and keep the other part plain. Now we have three batter - the vanilla (ie the plain batter)the cocoa batter and pink batter.Prepare a greesed n floured cake tin.
Now pour plain batter in the center of the baking pan.Then pour cocoa batter on top of the vanilla batter in the center.Finally pour pink batter on the top of the cocoa batter in the center.Continue the process till finish the batter.It will spread by itself.
Now place the tin in a non stick pan for about 45 minutes.Or you can bake in a preheated oven.Enjoy ur cooking.Send your feedbacks..

Wheat Parotta

WHEAT PAROTTA

Ingredients


Whole wheat flour/ atta - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water -2 cups
Oil - hlf cup for making dough, greasing layers & cooking parotta

Preparation Method

In a wide bowl add the flour, salt, sugar and mix well with hands to combine.Add water little by little to form a soft pitable dough.Spread oil and cover set aside for 30 mins.Divide the dough into balls.Take one ball roll smooth.Using a rolling pin flatten the dough stretching it to the maximum without flipping sides. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil on the flattened dough and folding the dough starting from one end like pleats and join to the other end.Start rolling from one end joining the other. Flatten the dough with your hand and set aside. Repeat the same for all the dough. Flatten it gently with a rolling pin and set aside. Heat a skillet and add 1 tsp oil.Add to a medium hot skillet. Place the parotta dough and fry on each side for 1-2 minutes until golden and fully cooked.Press from both sides with your hands to make soft..Serve hot with you favourite curry..enjoy your cooking..

Caramel Cake

CARAMEL CAKE

Ingredients

Butter- 100 gms
Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
condensed milk- 1/4 cup
Eggs- 5
sugar - 1/2 cup
Boiling water- 1/2 cup
All purpose flour- 1 cup
Baking powder-1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp

Preparation method


First you should prepare caramel by heating sugar in a pan. Once it melts completely and turns brown color keep the flame low and add boiling water. Mix with a spoon and boil for few seconds. Off the flame and cool.
Beat room temperature butter and powdered sugar together. Beat well until light and fluffy. You can use hand whisk if you want. Add condensed milk and beat well once again. Keep aside.
With another whisk of electric blender beat 5 eggs in a clean bowl. If using the same whisk used for beating butter, make sure its completely clean and free of any grease before beating eggs, else the eggs will not whip up.
Beat the eggs till it doubles in volume.
Add half of the beaten eggs to Butter, sugar mixture and fold the eggs gently.
To this mixture add sifted flour mixture all at once and fold gently using a spatula till well incorporated.
Add remaining beaten eggs and fold gently again.
To this add the caramel sauce prepared earlier and mix everything till well incorporated.
Transfer the cake batter to a greased 8" cake tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes or until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.or you can cook in a nonstick pan..try it n enjoy your cooking..

Pavakka Kichadi

PAVAKKA KICHADI

Ingredients:

Pavakka /bitter gourd,sliced- 1 medium sized
Green chili,sliced-2-3
Grated coconut-1/2 cup
Cumin seeds-1/8 tsp ( optional)
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Yogurt-3/4 to 1 cup
Water- as required
Salt- to taste
Oil- as required

For tempering:

Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Shallots / Chumannulli,sliced-2 to 3
Dry red chilies- 1 or 2
Curry leaves-1 sprig

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan ,add pavakka/bitter-gourd and green chilies , fry until it turns golden brown and slightly crisp.Drain and keep aside.Grind together grated coconut , cumin seeds( if using) and just enough water to form a smooth paste.Crush the mustard seeds and add it to the coconut paste.Keep aside.In a mixing bowl,combine together fried bitter-gourd and green chilies,coconut paste and yogurt.Add salt to taste and mix well.For tempering,heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and let it splutter.Add shallots,dry red chilies and curry leaves,saute until shallots turn golden brown.Add this to the curry and mix well.

Delicious biscuit cake in cooker


BISCUIT CAKE


Ingredients

Parle G biscuits-20 biscuits
Hide and Seek Biscuit - 20 biscuits
Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup (lukewarm)
Vanilla essence - 3/4 tsp
Regular Eno - 1 packed (plain-non flavored)
Cashew nuts or almonds - 3 tbsp chopped (optional)

Preparation method

Powder the biscuits (hide and seek and parle-G) separately in a mixer. Then mix both. Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts (if using) and mix well.Add vanilla essence, milk (little at a time) and mix without lumps to get a smooth batter. I added one cup of milk.Add eno and mix well with a spatula.transfer the batter to the greased baking tin, place it on the stand in the pan or cooker.you should steam immediately after adding Eno.
Steam for the first 15 minutes on high flame.Then keep the flame/heat low and steam for another 10-15 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake to check if it is cooked. If it comes out clean, it is cooked.Leave it to cool in the cake tin. After it is cooled, remove the cake from the tin. Run a knife around the edges and invert it on a plate. Cut the cake after it is completely cooled.You can decorate the cake with chocolate sauce and grated chocolates..Yummy biscuit cake is ready..

  • Preparation method


  • Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C. Grease a baking tin with some vegetable oil.
  • In a bowl sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl whisk together 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup hot water till well blended. Let it cool down a bit.Once done add the milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.Add the yogurt. Mix well.
  • Now gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk them together.
  • Pour it in a greased tin.Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees C or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Smother some chocolate ganache/ sauce if you want to or you can eat it like this.

Sweet Rice Dumplings

SWEET RICE DUMPLINGS

Ingredients:

Rice flour-1 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Coconut milk(thick)-1 cup
Coconut milk(diluted)-3 cups
Salt-to taste
Cardamom powder-optional
Water-1 1/2 cup

Preparation Method

Boil water with salt.when the water comes to boil put the rice flour into it and mix continuously.
Remove from fire and knead into a smooth dough when it is still hot.
Apply a little oil on your palm and make small balls of the dough.
Sprinkle a tspn of rice powder on the balls to separate them.
Boil diluted cocununt milk with sugar.
Drop the balls gently into it and stir carefully to ensure the balls do not stick together.
Add a spoon of rice powder to 1/4 glas of water and pour it in.
Once the pidi is cooked,pour the thick coconut milk and stir(shoud not boil)
Remove from fire when hot.
Sprinkle cardamom powder on the top.

Chicken Vada

Ingredients

Boneless chicken-1/4 kg
Onion-1

Mix together boneless chicken(without cook),onion,egg,ginger,garlic,green chilly,curry leaves,grated coconut,garam masla powder,salt in a blender.shape it like a vada.deep fry in oil.

Athishayapathiri

SPICY CHATIPATHIRI

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless-250g
Coriander powder-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-a couple of pinches
Black pepper powder-1tsp
Salt to taste
For the filling:
Onion-2,big,finely chopped
Ginger-1''piece,finely chopped
Garlic-4-5cloves,finely chopped
Green chillies-3,finely chopped (as per your tolrance level)
Fennel seeds powder-a pinch
Garam masala powder-1/2tbsp
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Coriander leaves-1/4cup,finely chopped
Lemon juice-juice of half lemon
Oil-as required

 For the pancakes:

All purpose flour/Maida-1cup
Eggs-1
Milk/coconut milk-1/2cup
Salt-a pinch
Water-1 cup
For egg mix:
Eggs-3
Crushed pepper-1/2tsp
Salt-a pinch


Method:

For the filling(chicken masala):
Wash and cut the boneless chicken pieces.Cook it with coriander powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt till it turns tender and all the water is evaporated.
Shred the chicken pieces using your fingers or mince it in a grinder and keep aside.
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till it turns transparent.Add ginger,garlic,green chillies with a pinch of salt.Saute till the raw smell disappears.
Add turmeric and pepper powder to this and stir for few seconds.
Add cooked minced chicken to this and mix well and cook on low heat for few more minutes.Add garam masala to this and mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and stir for few more minutes.Add few drops of lemon juice and stir well.Adjust the salt and switch off the heat.

Egg mixture:

Whisk the eggs along with the pepper powder and a pinch of salt.

Pan cakes:

Whisk together flour,eggs,milk and enough water to make a smooth thin batter without lumps.
Heat a flat pan and pour a ladle full of batter and make thin crepe/pancake.Swirl the pan in a circular way to turn a thin pancake.Cook for a minute.
Do not flip,just cook on one side.Transfer them to a parchment paper or plain paper to avoid sticking to each other.
You can make around 10 pancakes with this batter.

  Layering:

Grease a pan or a cake tin in which the pancake fits with ghee and place the first pancake in the pan.
Make a second pancake and dip it well in the egg mix and place it on the first pancake.Sprinkle chicken masala over it.(around 2tbsp)
Place another pancake dipped in egg mix on top of the chicken masala.Keep repeating the process till all the pancakes have been used.
When it reaches the top layer,keep 2 pancakes,just as how we did for the base of this.
Pour the remaining egg mixture on the top of the layered pancakes.It covers whole assembly of the pancakes by itself.
Keep the pan over medium-low heat with the lid tightly closed.Cook until the egg mixture is absorbed and golden brown on top for around 15 minutes.
Now slowly flip this on to a flat plate and flip it back into the pan,the uncooked side is down.cook for another 5-10 minutes.Flip it on to a plate.
You can also bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsious for about 15-20 minutes or till the top gets baked well.

Ghee Cake

Ingredients:


Egg-3
Sugar-3/4cup
All purpose flour-half cup
Baking powder-1teaspoon
Ghee-4table spoon

Preparation method


Seive maida and baking powder.melt ghee.keep it aside.beat eggs till it become fluffy.add sugar and beat again.add   flour  mixture.then pour ghee to it and mix well.drip the cake mixture into a ghee greased pan.cook for half an hour.after cool it you can decorate as you like..enjoy your cooking..

Caramel Egg Pudding

Ingredients

Milk: 500 ml
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Eggs: 4
Vanilla essence
Sugar for caramelizing: 3 tbsp

  Method

Make the caramel first and prepare the pan. Put 3 tbsp sugar on the dish with which you are making the pudding. Place it on the stove.
Keep the flame to lowest once it starts browning and once when the melted sugar reaches a nice dark amber color, switch off the fire.
Swirl the pan with tongs and keep aside.
To make the custard; add eggs and sugar in a blender. Blend for a minute.
Add the milk and vanilla essence.again blend for a minute.
Pour this into the prepared custard pan.
Boil water in a steamer and place the custard in the steamer, close the lid. Once steam comes, simmer for 10-12 minutes and then switch off fire and leave it for another 5 minutes.
Open the lid and allow it to cool down to room temp.
Keep in fridge, preferably overnight.
Serve Chilled.

Preparation method

Take half cup milk in a mixing bowl and add four bread slices that has been cut into squares without sides.Press the bread into the milk with your hands until all of the milk is absorbed.
In a separate bowl, whisk three eggs,half cup sugar,vanilla essence and cardamom powder and pour over the bread and milk mixture.
Heat a pan and coat with ghee.then pour the batter and allow to cook in low flame.enjoy..

Ingredients

boneless  chicken-500 grms
egg-1
Corn flour-1 tbsp
oil for deep frying

marination

½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp. lemon juice or 1½ tbsp. yogurt
½ tsp pepper powder
⅛ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste

Seasoning for chicken 65 recipe

½ tsp cumin / jeera
½ tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp pepper powder
2 green chilies
Curry leaves

Seasoning mixture to coat the chicken

¾ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp sugar (removes pungent taste from garlic)
2 cloves of garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. Thick yogurt (or 1 tsp vinegar with 2 tbsp. water)

Instructions

Wash chicken under running water and drain off completely. Marinate it with marination ingredients. Set aside for at least 45 mins to 1 hour. Overnight yields the best soft chicken.Make the seasoning mixture. Add red chili powder, sugar, garlic paste, salt, yogurt or vinegar with 2 tbsp. water. Set this aside.Sprinkle the dry flour over the marinade. If you chose to use egg, you can use. Mix well. If needed sprinkle little water for a good binding.Heat oil in a deep pan until hot enough to fry the meat, fry till they are cooked fully and golden. Stir while frying for even frying. Drain them on a kitchen tissue.Heat a pan with 1 tbsp. oil, add curry leaves, green chilies and cumin, fry till the leaves turn crisp. You can set aside few for garnish.Add the seasoning mixture we prepared above and let it begin to bubble.Add the friedchicken and toss and fry on medium heat till the it absorbs all the moisture and the raw smell of garlic disappears. Over frying can make the it hard, so switch off in time.serve with onion wedges.

Method:


Boil milk with sugar.add milk maid.boil chainagras with water in another bowl.mix together.cut mangoes and grind it without water.add to it.allow to cool.decorate with cashews.refrigerate for 1 hour.

north indian BREAD PAKORA is a very popular and quick  breakfast or tea time snack.north indian bread pakora is very yummy with sweet tomato sauce and spicy chutney.kids also wil like it.every one can try it.

here i explain how to make this through simple steps..
make plane batter of chick pea flour(gram flour).for makin batter add one teaspoon of  salt,chilli powder,baking soda,cumin seed powder,chaat masala to gram flour.then add water to make a smooth batter without lumps.add two drops of oil.

now make a green chutney to spread inside the bread.grind together coriander and mint leaves,lemon juice and salt.
Take three bread and paste green chutney in one bread and tomato sauce in one bread.put one by one.repeat this in all breads that you required.
Dip in the batter and dip in hot oil.
Cut the pokoda in any shape you want..serve hot..

Eggless Chocolate Muffins

Eggless chocolate muffins without oven:

Preparation Method


Mix half cup milk with 1 teaspoon vinegar and keep it aside.then whisk 1 cup maida,1cup powdered sugar,2table spoon baking powder,3table spoon cocoa powder together.another bowl mix 1 teaspoon vanilla essence with half cup oil.add dry fruits.its optional.mix these all in a bowl with a spatula.
Pour the batter into silicon moulds.
Heat the pressure cooker.add 1 cup salt into it and place an aluminium stand.cover the lid without the pressure for 3-4 minutes on high heat, then place the moulds in cake tin and place it in the cooker.
Cover again without the pressure, lower the flame and let cook till done (about 15 minutes).

Ingredients


Boneless chicken - ½ kg
Onion -3 big
Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli - 2-3
Potato -3 boiled & mashed
Pepper powder -1teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Bread crumbs -2 cups
Egg white -1-2
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil - for frying

Preparation method


Cook & mince the chicken. Saute onion till it becomes soft.
Add chopped ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Add minced chicken. Mix well. Add salt, pepper powder,turmeric powder& garam masala. Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.
Allow the mixture to cool. Once it is cooled add mashed potatoes & mix well.
Make small balls with the mixture & roll into desired shapes.
Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white & roll with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Mozzarella cheese-half cup
Cooked n minced chicken(with salt n pepper)

Mix milk,egg in a bowl.add pepper powder.dip four breads in this mixture and place in nonstick pan.fill sides by bread pieces.apply sauce.put onion,capsicum,tomato,oregano,pepper powder,minced chicken.top with greated cheese.again dip bread pieces in milk egg mixture and place on the topping.pour the remain mixture through sides.heat in low flame.when it cooked.turned over n cook for five minutes in low flame.remove from pan and serve hot..enjoy..

Neyyapam

NEYYAPPAM

Ingredients

Raw Rice (Pachari) - 3 cups
Maida - 2 tbsp
Banana (Cheru pazham) - 2 nos
Chopped coconut - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Jaggery - 1/2 kg
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - one pinch
Ghee - 3 tsp
Coconut oil - 4 cups
Cardamom - 2 nos (crushed)
Water - 2 cups

Preparation method


Soak the rice for minimum 2 hours. Drain and grind it in a mixer. Do not make the flour into too fine powder.
Mash the bananas using a spoon.Heat a pan add water, jaggery and melt it. When it is done drain the jaggery syrup using a strainer.
Heat a pan add 1 tsp of ghee and fry the chopped coconut until it becomes light brown colour.
Take a bowl add the rice flour, mashed banana, sesame seeds, salt, crushed cardamom, maida, fried coconut, ghee, baking soda and jaggery syrup and make a batter. Keep this batter for 2 hours.
Heat sunflower oil in a deep bottomed pan. When the oil is heat using a ladle pour the batter to the oil. Deep fry both sides.
Tasty, crunchy Neyyappam is ready to be served..enjoy..

Seive maida,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt.keep it aside.in a bowl beat egg,oil,milk,vanilla essence.mix well.add powdered sugar little by little and beat well.add flour mix and mix well.grease a cake tin with ghee.pour the batter.place it in a preheat cooker or non stick pan.cook for 45 minutes.enjoy..

Sweet Chattipathiri

SWEET CHATTIPATHIRI


Ingredients


For Pathiri:

AllPurposeflour (Maida) - 100 gm
(for making 6 layers)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - As reqd
Salt - As reqd

For Filling:

Eggs - 3 nos
Sugar - 5 tbsp
(Can adjust according to your preferences)
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Raisins- 25 gm
Cashewnuts (broken) - 25 gm
Cuscus-25 gm(optional)you can use roasted rava.
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

For coating:

Eggs - 3 nos
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Cardamom- A pinch
Milk-1cup


Preparation method


Mix the flour with water, oil and salt and knead into a dough like that of chappathi (medium thick).
based on the size of ur cooking pan,using a roller pin, roll it out into paper-thin chapathies of uniform size.
Cook the chappathis lightly on a tawa.
Beat 3 eggs with sugar,1 tbsp ghee and cardam.
Heat a pan.roast cuscus.
Another hot pan add ghee and saute raisins, cashewnuts until they change the colour slightly.Add the beaten egg and scramble the whole mixture. Keep it aside.
Beat the remaining eggs,milk,sugar, cardamom and keep aside.
Take a non-stick baking tray, spread 1 tsp oil or ghee all around.Dip the chappathi in the egg mixture, coat well and place it as first layer.Arrange the scrambled egg mixture.and cuscus.Keep another chappathi on top.Make a new layer. Keep adding the egg-coating at each step and finally pour the remaining egg mixture over the sides and on the top.Garnish with cashew nuts,raisins and cuscus.cook in a non stick pan in low flame for nearly 15 minutes or till the whole pathiri turns golden.
Sweet chattipathiri is ready..enjoy..

Semolina Neyyapam

SEMOLINA NEYYAPAM


Neyyapam is usually made with rice flour.This is a quick version of using rava(Semolina)

Ingredients


1 cup rava(semolina)
1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup jaggery
1 tbs dry coconuts chopped
Oil for frying

Directions

Melt jaggery with 2 tbsp of water in a pot. Mix all the ingredients except oil in the liquid jaggery and make a thick batter.heat oil in a pan.take one tawa full batter and pour to hot oil and fry till golden brown.try it..enjoy..

Choco Vanilla Swiss Roll

Ingredients:

Egg-3
Sugar-3tbl spn
Maida-3tbl spn
Baking powder-1tspn
Vanilla essence-1tspn
Cooking chocolate-1 bar

Preparation method:



Blend together egg and sugar with a hand blender.add vanilla essence.mix maida with baking powder with a spoon.add to the batter and mix well with a spatula.pour to a nonstick pan.allow to cook for 15 minutes in medium flame.let it cool.
Melt cooking chocolate with milk and butter to spread.
Place a wet towel over the cake while it cools.this will prevent it from drying out and cracking when you roll it.
When the cake is cool, spread the chocolate paste over the cake.spread nuts if u want.roll up the Swiss roll.

Preparation method:


boil dates with 1 cup water.allow to cool it.beat egg with a hand blender.when it becomes creamy,add sugar and vanilla essence and beat well.ad butter,oil,baking soda and powder.and beat again.add grinted dates and beat.mix maida to this batter.pour the batter into a hot pan or cooker with a low flame.after half an hour it wil be ready.allow to cool and serve delicious dates cake..
u can decorate it with caramel sauce.
heat 1cup sugar in a pan til it becomes brown colour.add 1 cup milk and stir well til it become thick.pour the syrup on the top of the cake.decorate it with nuts.

Banana Halwa

Banana-2 kg
Sugar-1 cup
Water-half cup
Milma ghee-1 cup
Cardamom powder

Preparation Method


Cut the bananas into small pieces.heat a non stick pan.put sugar and water.stir it and add banana.stir continuously on low flame.add half cup ghee,stir again.add cardamom powder.pour ghee in between stirring.continuous this process about half an hour till it become thicky and ghee come on the top.now off the flame and change it to a plate.spread it using a spoon.after cool it refrigerate it for set.after set you can cut in any shape u want..yummy halwa ready..
