Honey Cake

HONEY CAKE

Ingredients

Egg-2
All purpose Flour-1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar-1/2 cup
Honey-2 tbl spn
Oil-3 tbl spn
Salt-1 pinch
Baking Powder-1 tspn
Baking Soda-1/2 tspnVanilla Essence-1 tspn

Preparation Method

Sift all dry ingredients except powdered sugar.separate egg yolk and white.beat egg white with hand blender tillit forms soft peaks.add powdered sugar to egg yolk.beat till turns the mixtureturns creamy white in clour.add oil and honey.blend everything together.add dry ingredients and mix well.add vanilla essence.add 2 tbl spn of milkif the batter is too thick.add this batter to egg white and fold everything together.pour to a nonstick pan and cook on stove..
