SIMPLE BLACK FOREST CAKE WITHOUT OVEN
Black Forest Cake is very popular cake among people.generally people think its very difficult to make at home.but it is very easy and today i am going to explain this recipe here..
Ingredients:
For cake
all purpose flour(maida)-1 n hlf cupcocoa powder-hlf cup
powdered sugar-2 cup
eggs-6
vanilla essence-1 tspn
baking powder-1 tspn
baking soda-1 tspn
Cold milk-hlf cup
Vanilla essence-1 tspn
Cherries-1 cup
Chocolate bar-1 grated(refrigerate after grated)
Sugar-hlf cup
Vanilla essence-1 tspn
Sieve together maida,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda.
Beat the eggs in a bowl using a hand blender until it becomes very creamy.add sugar and vanilla essence and again beat.
Combine all ingredients and mix everything nicely with a spatula until get a smooth batter.
Pour the cake batter into a pan or cooker(without pressure)greased with butter or ghee.switch on the stove and allow to cook for about half an hour.check if the cake is done by inserting a tooth pick in the middle of the cake.it should come out clean.switch off the stove and allow to cool the cake.
pour the cherry syrup into a small pan.add sugar and bring to boil.finally add vanilla essence and keep it aside.
beat the whipping cream with cold milk and vanilla essence.
Yummy black forest cake is ready..

For Icing

Cherry dipped water-1 cupSugar-hlf cup
Vanilla essence-1 tspn
Preparation Method:

Final cake preparation:
remove cake from the pan.allow to cool.cut the cake laterally into three equal circles.take three pieces separately.sprinkle a spoon full of the syrup in each cake.it will help to make the cake smooth and delicious.apply whipping cream in each pieces and top it with chopped cherries.place it one by one.and apply remaining frosting and grated chocolates on top and sides of the cake.decorate with remaining frosting.Put cherries on it..Yummy black forest cake is ready..
