Preparation method
Separate egg white and yellow..boil one cup water with one cup sugar.take a plastic glass and make a hole.pour the yellow part to this glass and then pour into boiling sugar syrup in clock wise direction.after few seconds take it with a spoon.
Egg white mix with milk and sugar and allow to steam.after steamed put in a refrigerator.yellow maala also put in fridge for setting.after half an hour you can serve it…
