Chilli Idly Fry

CHILLI IDLY FRY

Ingredients:

Idli-6 or 7
Onion-2
Tomato-1
Ginger-1 tspn (chopped)
Garlic-1 tspn(chopped)
Capsicum-half of one
Salt-to taste
Red chilli powder-1 tspn
Turmeric powder-1 tspn
chaat masala-1 tbl spn
Tomato sauce-1 tbl spoon
Chilli sauce-1 tbl spoon
Pepper powder-1 tspn
Oil-to deep fry
curry leaves and coriander leaves

Preparation Method:



Cut idlis into small cubes.heat oil and deep fry the idlis.fry it till golden brown.keep it aside.heat oil in a pan.saute ginger,garlic for a minute.add finely chopped onion saute until slightly brown.add salt.then add capsicum and tomato and saute well.add turmeric,red chilli and peper powder.add chaat masala.saute well and add sauces.bring the sauses to a quick boil.add fried idlis.saute well and garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.serve hot..its very tasty..try and post your coments friends..
